    Oracle is Leader in All Three of Latest Magic Quadrants

    Oracle has been positioned in the Leaders Quadrant in each of the three new Gartner Magic Quadrants focused on application infrastructure. The Magic Quadrants include:

    • Application Infrastructure for SOA Composite Application Projects;
    • New Systematic SOA Application Projects;
    • and Application Infrastructure for Back-End Application Integration Projects.

    Gartner defines application infrastructure as the technology that underlies and enables development, deployment, and execution of business applications. Other than the design and development tools, this technology is also often referred to as “middleware.”

    “Oracle is No. 1 in middleware and we believe Gartner’s Magic Quadrants further confirm our leadership in helping customers build, manage, and deploy business critical applications,” said Hasan Rizvi, SVP, Oracle Fusion Middleware. “Customers in every industry around the world rely on Oracle to provide the infrastructure and technology components that help provide maximum value from enterprise applications. Whether they are implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA), undertaking back-end integration between applications, or creating composite applications, Oracle is helping organizations maximize application development, create business and IT efficiencies, accelerate innovation, and increase competitive advantage.
